From what I've picked up from the intro and conclusion it seems to be mostly about keeping public modes of transportation, for example buses, public or privitizing them. It discusses which seems to be more efficient from the stand point of one article saying that privitizing would be better and
arguing against that opinion saying that keeping it public would be more efficient and better liked by the public. It seems like an article that would be good to look at later, after we cover the basics. http://www.vtpi.org/ This is the Victoria Transport Policy Institute home page. It seems to be a good place to look for articles. The most recent are posted in a column to the right side of the page. There is also a search bar and some documents listed at the top of the page.
